Moses looked to the burning bush
and saw My presence in most unlikely form.
Elisha looked up in time to see the chariots of
Heaven,
while Peter James and John climbed an ordinary
mountain
and saw Me transfigured before their eyes
Thus
will I turn
sight into insight
and make
the ordinary
extraordinary
as you look
to Me
For I am the faithful and trustworthy
Witness, |
the Firstborn of the dead,
the Prince and
Ruler of the kings of the earth, |
I have loved you
and set you free from your sins
by My blood, |
and formed you into a kingdom of
priests. |
To Me belongs glory and power,
and majesty and dominion
throughout all ages.
Behold I am coming with the clouds,
and every eye will see Me,
even those who pierced Me,
and all the tribes of the earth shall gaze upon Me
and beat their breasts and mourn and lament over Me.
Even so must it be. Yea and Amen.
The Lord laid his right hand on me and
said, |
“Don’t be afraid |
I am the First and the Last:
the
Living One. |
I died, but look
. . . . |
I am alive forever and ever!
And I hold the keys of death and the realm
of the dead.
(1) |
And over you the second death shall have no power.
